Our focus

Natan's gymnastics background is apparent in our programming and instilled in our coaches. We focus on fundamentals & insist on striving to move perfectly, before adding any weight. Natan combines classic CrossFit (constantly varied high intensity workouts) with a gymnastics foundation. Our members love the programming & we think you will too!

Open gym is not available for those wanting to do their own programming, please try a different gym. Our community is important to us and training together keeps our community thriving! We do offer open gym for our members who do the classes, can move safely and want to do extras (during the class times). If you have any questions, you can contact us below.
